This is a more specific lesson based off one I did a while back called, “How To Jam Alone As A Beginner.”
In the previous video, I showed some overviews of ways to mix and match chords and scales to create some rhythm, melody, and harmony.
In this video, we’ll take some 1 bar licks and phrases, and combine them with chords from a 12 bar blues in E to create your own blues tune that you can modify as you wish.
Once you have the 3 licks and the turnaround down, you’ll see you can play as many times through as you want. And every time you learn a new lick, you can simply add it to the mix.
