This is the first of two videos demoing my rewired First Act Paul Westerberg signature guitar I converted into an Esquire. I took an alnico Tele pickup and modified ashtray bridge (now mounting ring) and wired it up with 250k CTS pots and a .22uf tone cap. The guitar is strung with D’Addario flatwound strings gauged .015-.056 in open D tuning. The amp is a Fender Frontman 212R with a Vox volume pedal, Boss CS-3, Boss OD-3, and Line 6 Verbzilla plugged into it.
