Hello friends,
Today we are making baked catfish fillets in the oven. This is a super easy recipe for a weekday dinner.
Ingredients:
catfish fillet
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup ghee butter
Spices
salt & pepper
optional (onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, and I have here this citrus chili mix or you can use paprika and lemon juice instead.)
Bake in a 420-430 F oven till golden and ready.
