Some blues played on my old Strat in dropped D tuning (DADGBE) to a nice backing track from YouTuber ‘Quist’. Thanks, Quist.

This is the ‘no-scale’ approach to improvising, as taught in my ‘PlaneTalk’ package. I was never good at the scale/mode thing so I came up with a different way to solo years ago. It’s a whole lot easier, you just have to be able to see the whole fretboard as ‘the chord’ and remember a couple of theory things. Find out more at the site https://www.planetalkguitar.com
