Today we are going to learn how to play a blues song, your own blues song! We are goin to go over the vocal phrasing that you can use that is basic, and what I mean by that is where to put your lyrics. If you know how to phrase your lyrics, or where to place them, you can write a blues song with just one rhyme a verse! That means literally three rhymes will get you three verses, sprinkle in some licks and some solos and you have your whole blues song.

Starting to understand this vocal phrasing is great because it can later be applied to your soloing and you can make your solos sound more melodic as the follow this progression.
