If You Can’t Rock Me, is the first song/track on the It’s Only Rock ‘n’ Roll Album.
It is the twelfth studio album by English rock band The Rolling Stones, released in 1974.

This was The Rolling Stones’ last album with guitarist Mick Taylor and the writing and recording of the album’s title track was the connection to Taylor’s eventual replacement with Ronnie Wood.
