Taj Mahal’s version of Statesboro Blues, featuring Jesse Ed Davis on slide, inspired Duane Allman to pick up a slide, so this isn’t a bad place to start 🙂

To really do it justice you will want to refine your slide technique (nothing is really “easy”!), but there’s certainly enough in here for even beginner players to get their teeth into.
