This is a short guitar lesson on Open D Blues techniques and licks as well as a couple of new chords I haven’t showed before. I demonstrate with finger picks, a flat pick, and no picks.

It’s important to learn to slide down as well as up when playing slide guitar. It just gives you more options for expressing yourself on the guitar as well as getting around the fretboard quicker.
