i’ll check out soundcloud. i’m gonna upload more music soon that’s recent & reflective of what i like to create. i’ve literally recorded thousands of track ranging from stuff like Nurse With Wound to Michael Gira or Townes Van Zandt meets….Death in June or John Zorn saying hi to Django…
anything i have up is completely random & old, so hopefully once i get newer stuff up i can start getting more advice from people, perhaps even find people to do projects with
cheers man, you’re talented

awesome. the video i have of me was filmed a long time ago and is just improve, but any advice would be cool.
yeah if you wanna send me the sheet music that would be nice. i’m trying to learn as much as i can and anything helps.
i have a hard time playing other peoples songs, but things that i’ve made up i can play quite well imo.
my main problem is i go through periods where i’ll practice alot and then circumstantially won’t be able to play for even months at a time, and have to relearn

I do also have some of my own stuff yeah, nestled among the covers on my Soundcloud page (I’ve linked a song in the description). That’s also in Open D and quite easy. If you like I can link you to pictures of the sheet music/tab for Richland Woman Blues the way it’s meant to be played and a video of someone doing it better than me?

Hey man. The tune as I play it is probably wrong, because it’s not meant to be in an open D tuning. I listened to it last night after I performed it this way (my rhythms and melodies came from a blend of this and an Andrew Bird version of the tune I heard once) and yeah, i’m miles away from how John Hurt did it. I’ll check out your video, certainly and offer any help I can. I have no other videos of me playing this, but I’m going to retune my guitar accordingly and have a go soon.

awesome man, can you point me to a video or repost a version of this where i can see you playing more clearly – so i can watch your hands i mean, thereby learn how to play it
also watch my inanna video and give me some tips on how to play better if you have the time.
clearly you’re a random dude on the internet like me who for some reason post[ed] ourselves playing music, thus i’d appreciate any advice/ views/ attention/ ya know what i mean…
