The Stones did a version of this song on their blues album Blue and Lonesome. I think the original version of the song is “Shake Em on down’ by Bukka White. The Stones covered the 1950s Eddie Taylor version “Ride Em On Down”. The version I am playing here is closer to what Big Joe Williams did in 1941. I am playing it in Open G tuning with the capo on the second fret.
