I own and have listened to every Beatles record A. and B. Helter Skelter is their only tune without a pop feel. How can you tell me Good Morning, Good Morning is rock? Listen to something like Street Fighting Man or I Can See For Miles by the Who and you’ll understand how bubbly and soft the Beatles’ sound really was. All high production and no rawness.
