Written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards and recorded in 1968.
I mean this as a tribute to the lovely Charlie Watts, The Rolling Stones’ drummer, even if I’ve read somewhere that he always found this song hard to play, making it perhaps the only song he was somehow struggling with.
Today, September 26,2021, the Rolling Stones are starting their 2021 US “No Filter” Tour and I’m thinking of them in this important moment. sending much love to the Stones and to Charlie.
Performed on August 31, 2021 in the city centre of my hometown, Aosta, in the nice little square called Place des Franchises.
Performed with LTD EC-256 guitar with capo on 5th fret and vocals, with Shure 5575LE vintage microphone through Roland Cube Street EX amplifier.
