    I always write it starting with the thick strings and call them the top strings. People have told me the official way is the opposite so I’m sorry if it’s confusing.

    Mark uses many tunings because when he is writing if he is findining it hard to write anything he uses a different tuning until he does

    If it doesn’t work by ear you can use a chromatic tuner and follow the description. Always written from top to bottom. Hope that’s helpful 🙂
