even without the 12 string gibson you can always tell when the Rev. is play’n
well, it is not false, life isn’t very easy for me at this point, but i keep faith, at least i try, have a wonderful year dear Jim! ;°)
Thought you’d got lost …
so well said, dear jim! ;°)
Apparently John Meyer doesn’t listen to any blues recorded before 1980…maybe he is your congenital idiot.Lol
This is great by the way. Thanks for posting
TRULY COOL,RIDGY DIDGE TRUE BLUES,FAIR DINKUM BLUES,THANKS MATE
I agree with Lawrence Miller that it would have been nice to see more of the Rev’s left hand but its also great to see what he does with his right. Interesting to see that he plays with a fairly stiff wrist, much the way Doc Watson did. And how he got all that in with using just two fingers is always amazing to me. Thanks so much, Jim, for putting this up.
cool
Great stuff Jim! Don’t think I’ve ever seen any video of the Rev playing any 6string other than a J-200 as he is in this film.
Thanks,
Mike
Thanks Jim, you made my day !!!
Peace Bro !

So beautiful ! 🙂
Think it’s about time ‘dislikers’ have the benefit of anonymity removed – who on earth would dislike this, except for congenital idiots?
Best
Jim
Wonderful!*****
It’s too bad the film maker had no clue what to film. Lots of pictures of the Revs face, and virtually nothing of his left hand where the interesting action is. But, a great piece by the greatest of them all.
