  1. Love the no rules….great stuff, will try the chord mix nyself

  2. You can find Slackjack Guitars on Facebook.

  3. Hey man, diggin’ this video for sure! Whereabouts would one look to purchase a cigar box guitar such as this?

  4. Hey Jon! Jonesborough is in Tennessee. "Jonesboro" is in Arkansas. Similar, but not the same! Thanks!

  5. Yesterday I broke my high E string on my guitar, so being familiar familiar with open G (DGDGBD) I tuned the A string to a G and removed the thick E string, with Keith Richards in mind, and I was playing pretty much how you were. There’s so many possibilities for barre and open chords with less strings getting in the way, of course it doesn’t have as good of ring but I like it, sounds raw and bluesy. Think I’ll keep it like that for a couple weeks, maybe even get a cigarbox.

  6. great job , very good video , thank you sir.

  7. hey jon-who is this "gene" fellow??
    ha ha ha.

  8. don’t you mean "historic" jonesboro? do you think there’s such a thing as a hillbilly pickin’ gene? i think there may be. that little box sounded good though i’ll check it out

  9. thanks, I’ve got some pretty good videos planned…just need to find the time to do them. I have been selling a lot of guitars lately.
