    since i remember, i dont try to "look cool"… i always have fun while playing, even the members of those bands make mistakes while playing because of that… i got the song by looking how dan plays on live videos, im pretty sure he does on drop tunning

    Pretty good job. I think the mistakes you do make come from worrying too much about looking cool rather than concentrating on your playing. Also, this song is not in open E tuning. It’s in standard tuning. The voicings are a little different and sound more like the recorded version if you play it in standard tuning.
