  1. Wrong. Not Tommy Johnson; Robert Johnson. They didn"t use his real name. Robert Johnson is said to have sold his soul to the devil at the crossroads for the gift of playing the guitar in the Mississippi delta in the early 1900’s.

  2. Tommy Johnson (1896 — November 1, 1956) was an influential American delta blues musician, who recorded in the late 1920s, and was known for his eerie falsetto voice and intricate guitar playing.[1]

  3. One of the greatest movies ever. You have to watch it several times to see the lessons of life and layers that peel back like a onion to reveal spiritual truth.

  4. Just rented this from iTunes. Now I have to hear the songs again! Never thought I’d love old timey so much. X) What a weird interpretation of the story too, but it totally works in the 20’s!
