C6/9 or sus 2
Why are you calling Am a C chord? You are fretting a C6
ahhhh i’ve been schooled again. thanks
you are misunderstanding. it says PRIMARY chords -not "major". that means the 1,4, & 5 chords in a given key (which ARE major yes) . in this case G.
You remind me of David Williams when he’s dressed as Lou from Little Britain lol. Great lesson!
nice couch
whats the difference between the D tuning as Keith Richards does and this G tuning??
oops…i meant DGDGBD tuning.damn my typing skills.i really hope that helped you Piddlefish and i love questions so feel free to ask me anything anytime.cheers cal
hey piddlefish.yeah of course E.F,A and B are still major chords but they are not diatonic chords (ie they are not part of the G major scale).that is why i have limited this video to just the three primary chords of G(1), C(4) and D(5) of the key of G major.in the other video entitled Secondary Chords in Open G i show you the other diatonic chords Am, Bm,Em and F#m in the DGDGBG tuning.the other major chords you have listed can sound pretty awful unless you modulate into the corresponding key.
WTF happened to E F A B and D?????? are they no longer MAJOR chords? i didn’t get that memo
nice one dude!
Thanks.
