  11. One thing: I play on PC but with a 55" TV which is about 230cm (~7,5ft) away from me. FOV90 is just playable. I prefer FOV100. I’m not alone with that kind of setup and as TVs getting bigger and steambox or WirelessHDMI becoming more relevant while living rooms stay the same in terms of size, this will be even more of a problem in the near future. So I would refrain from generalizing "low FOV on a TV is OK".

  83. there is a line between expecting the burden of proof, and coming ill-prepared to an argument. the information is out there, its fact, not an opinion. i don’t have to prove that E=M/V^2, its laying right out infront of you. its expected that you can educate yourself about simple things.

  90. Btw, are you planning on doing a wtf on the new heroes of might and magic expansion, or going to talk about it in a content patch?
I loved all HoMM games so far, I even loved 5 and 4 which most people seem to hate, but I heard the new expansion has alot of problems … and for the price you pay for it … not sure if it’s worth the price if it’s all true :s

  96. i bought prime world defenders, and the cards you get from story missions ARE NOT random, you will always get the BASE towers
the cards/prizes you get for randomized missions are the ones that are random
ive played through most every mission so far, and whatever tower i used the most, i then do the mission again WITHOUT using it to test the idea that missions only have 1 set that works
and im sorry to say TB, but you CAN beat most missions with multiple sets
but yes there is a set thats the best

  100. Burden of Proof shouldn’t really fall on any side unwilling to back up their argument. It’s usually just an excuse for one party to avoid having to present evidence. It should be willingly presented… that way the party who does their research obtains the advantage of proof.

  105. Way to prove you’re a moron. Those are NOT STUDIES. It’s a couple of videos of a guy that claims to be a games developer who briefly mentions people getting sick from low FoV in games. He’s not a doctor. He did not conduct any research. He just, like pretty much anybody claiming this "sickness" repeats what others say. Provide an actual study and we can talk.

  107. Unless you can prove that the claim is false as well, you aren’t correct either. Technically, it falls to both sides.
