    I use light strings and low action. I kind of like that sound.

    GREAT lesson! that piezo sounds really thin :( it sounds like a wimpy nylon string. let’s hear it in front of a mic!!!

    Jimmy Page used this tuning for many songs like "White Summer," "Kashmir," and even later on in the mid ’80s when he was in The Firm. There’s a song he used it on that was called "Midnight Moonlight." Mostly all the songs Jimmy Pages used the Danelectro guitar for were in the DADGAD tuning.
