http://bluesguitarunleashed.com – Octaves are fun to use for soloing or for melodies. There’s a great Kenny Burrell song that SRV redid called Chitlins Con Carne which is a good demonstration of the technique.

Wes Montgomery is also one of the most famous “octave guys.” I hope you dig the sound and can have some fun with it.
