  1. What notes are You sweeping ? Or what chords and what chord shapes?

  2. this is what blues sweeping is like. it’s not used excessively as in some metal, it’s used to accent. it’s a nice nice nice touch to a solo.

  3. Is this supposed to act as a lesson? Play slower, have tabs or zoom in on the fret your hand is on. Because this frankly is worse than Yngwie Malmsteens speed lessons

  5. Veeery good playing ! Could you please tell me what you are playing at 0:37 – 0:40 ?!!! It sounds awesome !

  6. Sounds more like a SRV style rake to me but I see the idea. Your phrasing is lovely by the way.

  7. Lovely phrasing, kinda love the sound of that strat
For those trying to figure it out the sweep itself: try a major E chord barred as an arpeggio on A (5th fret), added notes are in the blues pentatonic scale. Figuring the rest out for yourself is a good excercise as well 😉
    Pretty good lesson actually.

  8. please play it more slowly if you what us to learn it

  11. Like others have said, that guitar sounds BEAUTIFUL! I’m a Gibson fan myself, but that Strat tone is unbeatable for blues.

  12. what a great playing, but its not any kind of lesson without any explanation… more like a demo to me…
