I tuned up this time. I am in an open D tunning and playing sort of my signature tune.

  10. You know you can tune it down to D also. I have started to do that cause it became expensive with strings that went boom.

  11. Very cool, I have a 1903 Gibson L3 awaiting a neck reset possibly because I went up to E allot… This tune is in D, cheers

  12. i always liked open e, but my guitars built in 1924 and it starts to creak and groan when the strings are too tight, so i pretty much stick to open d or c

  13. I have a nut extender on it to crank it to lap Dobro like action… So it is as high as at looks, thanks
