  1. i agree what a jerk!! he expects us to take time out of our lives to experiment with the 5 fretts and 4 strings that he used for the part he didn’t teach us for free?!?!? no your right he owes us

  2. Great lesson, thanks! Would be very cool if you’d teach the liks you play in the beginning too. I’d be very interested in them 🙂

  3. Dont blame anyone but ur self. Theory is in there. Marty is and awesome guitar player. If u want to learn to play like him u have to take same time learning. Be patient, and make ur own style.

  4. Hey, what about the the low E that drones on the beat through out this riff? it’s in both the CCR and dale Hawkins versions. you left out. Why?

  5. Huh? If you imitate what he’s doing you should be able to play Suze Q, riff and chords! Do some singing and you’re there. Indeed if you want to learn how to play solo’s it needs more, but you could start by using the pentatonic scale the riff is in.

  6. total crap….all his vids he sez "jus play these 3 cords" then he plays the 3 cords mixxed w amazing lead (cuz he cant help himself), ummm whos the lesson designed for? i havnt learned a thing watchin this fool ….great party guest, crap teacher, waste of time

  7. Fine and dandy but it is incorrect. You are missing an important open A, fifth string, before the final two notes. 🙂

  8. Thanks for the lesson i’m just starting the guitar and you have helped a lot.

  9. Hey, Marty, you are the best teacher in the whole world

  10. Haha, my sister daryll just informed me that she knows you, and you’re teaching her guitar. Small world eh?
