    At 1:45 you talk about "putting the pressure" on the D string. What exactly do you mean by this? Am I correct to understand that the note is still being fretted? I’ve been trying to capture the "essence" of that first riff but something is missing.

    It’s all great, but I love your subtle bends on the low notes. My style isn’t as traditional as yours, but I just posted a raw blues slide song in open G on my channel that you might enjoy. It’s called Underground. Check it out if you have the time. Anyway, thanks for the very thorough lesson.
