    I wanted to ask as someone else has pointed out-are you positioning your thumb in the middle of the guitar neck? If not, your form may be wrong.     Hey, Marty, big question for you. I’m trying to learn guitar and further my musicianship, and I have actually had two acoustic guitars. I feel like I always stall out, though, and can never really get anywhere, and I feel it’s partially because I’m hindered by my instrument. I have quite short fingers and that’s been difficult in the past. Could you suggest an acoustic guitar for me, please?
