READ ME: Thought I would give you guys a tiny spoiler on what Im been up to the last month. Been mixing the EP and while doing so, I was practicing a riff on my guitar and thought it would be a cool song that leads into a certain song that I have in mind for the EP, so basically the demo version of this is done.     It’s not done all that much in metal but artists like Devin Townsend (both his solo project and Strapping Young Lad) as well as TesseracT also use open tunings from what I know. I use 2 open tunings (Open B – BF#BF#BD# and Open Amaj7 – AEAEG#C#E)

    Very cool dude. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of someone using open tunings for metal. I think I might try that too
