I’m convinced the bluesiest thing you can do on a guitar is run a slide up and down the strings. In this lesson, we’re going full tilt on a funky slide-based groove in open g that will get your blood pumpin’ for sure.

We’ll break things down note-for-note and beat-by-beat. This one is certainly very rhythm focused, but there’s a smart use of a MICRO LICK at the very end of this quick lesson.

Tune your trusty geetar to open G, grab a slide and let’s get to it!
