acoustic guitars are made for playing chords unless you put extra light gauge strings on it you can’t bend the strings or they will break. Extra light strings would work great they’re more forgiving.
In the video he breaks a string, thats why Its not easy to play blue’s on an acoustic guitar.
why will it break a string?
Magnificient cover, sir. I’m simply speechless.
haaha this guys great not too many people would dare playing blues on an acoustic guitar because you’ll break a string. He’s good reminds me of Eric Clapton big time.
It’s rare to hear someone whose vocals match their playing. You have BOTH going on! Great music. You and Taj are the 2 happiest people singing this song that I’ve ever heard…and it works! Thank you, Moppet
Wow. A happy sounding version. 🙂
got a feeling that you are a luthier is that right?
I LOVE THIS
hahaha so far so good…
Great. I like the tone of that second guitar better.
Ah! Well again, sir, this is great!
I had to go halfway play this song after watchin ya. haha
This is tops!
Did you use any tabliture or is this all by ear?
you are the best!!!
great great playin. no doubt in my mind if ya wanna play a good guitar ya gotta hit it HARD.
thats a great version, thanks
Cooooool ! ! !
I can tell you are used to busking by the way you thrash those strings. You’d hold your own in a barrelhouse with that technique.
lmfao that was so awesome and i love how you r string breaks in the middle but u keep goin
Great job, you would sound better on a smaller body guitar or a straight brace, that box rings like a dinner bell at noon, nice though….
nice..what are you turned too?
Thanks for uploading some new stuff. I could listen to u play all day..wish i could play like that lol. Awesome job!
You got the punch down. Too many modern blues guitarists got no punch or drive, but you’ve managed to capture it well. Haven’t played this kind of blues for over 15 years myself, but it’s what I started with when I began learning the guitar. I like Big Bill Broonsy’s version of Sitting on Top of the World.
Jeez. My foot almost fell off from tappin’ and my face almost broke from grinnin’.
I was about to write:" you have an extra-ordinary right thumb" when you broke your string! lol hahhaha
there is a litlle "trick" for NEVER breaking a string no more!!!: wrap your string arround that "key-Thing" before you put the string into that hole the other end. You will NEVER break a string no more! try it!!!
