“SOUTH STATION BLUES” is from the second studio album by The Joe Perry Project, “I’VE GOT THE ROCK AND ROLLS AGAIN”.
It ended up being harder to explain this tune than play it!
Tuning: Bottom “E” string down to “D”, “A” string down to “G” – the verse uses a pedal tone on the bottom string open (“D”)
Recorded with a 1979 Gibson Les Paul Standard and a 1986 MIJ Fender Contemporary Stratocaster.
