  1. No Proof, I know, but he died at 27, not 87. It has also never been commented on by anyone who knew him and has been interviewed, They tend to point out it was his weird voice (obviously along with the great talent) that tended to make a mark on you. Plus it’s a bit slow to dance to in a duke joint, but maybe we should slow down some son house and see what that sounds like… I’m interested by the thought tho and will listen again, in a slightly weird way…
