  1. hi. This is called a national steel np13 resonating dobro. This one has a delicious sound. The minute I touched it I loved it. Thanks for the kind words. The love is what it is supposed to create. When you tell me you love it I feel it. Thanks.

  2. what are these type of guitars called? i love the sound. you the man!

  7. I am in Canada, right near Niagara Falls. My exam, in case you’re curious, is for a new career I’m getting into, Non-Destructive Testing. Basically you use various methods to test metals for defects without harming the metal itself. Lots and lots of stuff I need to know, so I’ve been concentrating on that, get it done and over with, and then work on yet more stuff, like the guitar 😉

  8. It means I’m highly entertained, and learning. I love the style of guitar you play, it is simple and beautiful. And I love the style you deliver them in. Gusto, with some self deprecating humour. It makes me laugh and I learn all at the same time. I have a whole bunch of your videos bookmarked and once this exam is done I’m going to be doing my damndest to learn everything you’re teaching 😉

  9. Of the cold heart shakin chill variety. Shakin Now. Shakin now. If you never had em, hope you never will.

  10. GET WELL SOON hope it all went well at the Doctors. Best Wishes Nick

  11. mmm, the Bismal Blues. Hey, I think you would be pleasantly surprised if you tinkered with open C (CGCGCE). Since your 6 and 4 strings are the same note (as well as 5 and 3, and 4 and 2), you can play these really cool octave double stops. It’s cheat central, but fun as all darn heck…aye…

  12. I could listen to that all day! Got to try it out when I get home.

  13. UGH! I need to study and I can’t stop watching your vids hahahaha

  14. Funny and informative. You make the best videos 🙂

  15. I got First View ! yipee! Hope you feel better soon!!!
