You are hearing him live with a band he hasn’t played with for decades…probably had an hour to rehearse with them.Mick Taylor plays regularly all over the world and has recorded with many rock and jazz artists since the 1970’s…
Check out Mick’s moves at 4:00. This guy is 69, several months OLDER than Keith!
MT was a little rusty. I like the jam with Clapton!
Wow, been waiting 40 years for this. Fantastic!
Could Mick Jagger possibly be the fittest man on Earth…?
Mick Taylor doesn’t get it. You have to listen to what the other players are doing. That is what makes them The Rolling Stones. Taylor is just busy noodling.
i want that tv! Seriously, this is very nice quality for an audience video-especially clear sound. Enjoyed it, but I wish Mick T and Billy would have played together. Do you have the entire show in this quality?
He’s 64 next month, ffs! He’s still a better player than most younger guns!!!
Am I the only one who thinks Mick Taylor should have just stayed at home? He looks like an old, bloated guy who can hardly stand up these days?
die Nummer geht nur mit Mick Taylor – es reicht, sich auch noch einmal das Brüsseler Konzert anzuhören, auch wenn es 4o Jahre her ist !
Yep! Mick is BLUES, The Stones are ROCK’N’ROLL. He even looks like their soulful grandpa. The best period of the band was with HIM.
i love taylor but i prefer the 2003 version with ronnie.
Simply sublime. This is 100{10faa3092bae83cdf963b1ab1025701434ba1e012413cb9c0c72be0a479389c3} better than the first time they attempted this song with MT on Sunday…it’s much more controlled and rehearsed.
I’m just in awe.
Great to see Mick pick up the harmonica. I miss the old days of Mick Taylor, maybe their best days.
Welcome home Mick ! Gimme Shelter and Sympathy are dying to get your part.
Im really impressed with Jagger on this number. He’s singing and dancing better than he ever has! Keith stands still and plays while Taylor walks around…role reversal lol.
The best part of the Rolling Stones is when Micky Taylor was with them !!!!!
When are you going to comeback to the Stones, Micky !!!!!!!
We want to see you there !!!!
Mick Taylor plays just one long solo. Less is more.
What!!! Keith is holding down the rhythm w Charlie and Darrel so MT can do his thing!
sooooooooo goooood!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"Sway, Can’t you hear me, Coming down again, Heartbreaker and Shine a light". If there is to be a full tour next year, we need MT there. And (re Midnight Rambler) to go back & nail the definitive "Sympathy" of this century.
Agree completely. Don’t know how much time MT had with the Stones before the first performance, but with a few more shows he will get back to the "less is more" approach. Good to see him hug Keith at the end after the obvious bonding with Ron during that number. Three may be a crowd, but it would be great to see MT guesting on "Sympathy" and "Can’t you hear me knocking" for example, if they annnounce a proper tour.
