  1. I guess they didn’t do encores back in those days. Great CD in any event. STONES RULE!!

  2. Jimi had nothing to do with it, they did a great job regardless,..geeez THEIR THE STONES, ya got it!?

  3. Haven’t listened to this for years, can’t believe how good it is.

  4. Hats of to Harper is even ripped off from Bukka White’s Shake Em On Down lol.

  5. I meant Bert Jansch not Roy Harper lol. Zeppelin has that song Hats Off To Harper dedicated to Roy Harper lol. My point still stands though.

  6. dont get me wrong the stones are great, its just that zep is better

  7. Love MIck’s closing statement before SFM, "We’re gonna play one more & then we’re gonna go."

  8. The Stones playing Chuck Berry , The essence of Rock n Roll .I love Zep and really should not compare the two . Led Zeppilin got you by the head , The Rolling Stones got you by the balls .

  9. I asked myself one day which band’s music I would want if I were to be stranded on a desert island for the rest of my life and it was easy to decide on the Stones if for no other reason than the sheer volume of their work and the great variety. Zep is great, but they only did a handful of records. I think the Stones have more greatest hits albums than Zep does albums.

  10. I Love Zep, But Stones have MUCH better songs. But alas, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So try and enjoy ALL good Rock, without caring who is "best"… Peace to all!

  11. 16:32 The greatest version of possibly the best rock song ever performed live (top 5 anyway…)

  12. I’ll settle the Rolling Stones vs Led Zeppelin controversy. If in the mid 1970’s the two played the same venue who would "Open". Answer is quite obvious and even the members of Zep would agree… Let’s just enjoy BOTH so we don’t have to "pick one"!

  13. To use the word "better" implies personal opinion and has no real meaning in Art or Music. Besides no matter how good Plant is, and he is GREAT I still prefer Mick. You can’t say that either one is "better"… Peace

  14. Plant a much better singer John Bonham a much better drummer, do you finallyunderstand what i"m saying?

  15. Maybe you were in a Turkish Prison in the 60’s and never heard Gimme Shelter or Sympathy for the Devil. Zep isn’t even close my friend…

  16. I Think that this Album is the one that Sealed the Throne to the: "Greatest Rock and Roll Band in the World"… No one else (even zep) comes CLOSE to 2nd place.

1st PLACE is undisputed and this album proves it…
