  5. In 1968 or 1969 Bob West in Seattle Washington recorded Furry Lewis and Bukka White on a Sony reel to reel. It was in a kitchen. Bob pressed 500 copies or so and gave me one. Sure wish I still had it.

  7. OMG, I was watching a Kenny Wayne Sheperd vid "Aberdeen" and someone suggested we check this man out for his version of Aberdeen. What a talented man he was; when its my time I want to visit Blues Heaven to see these legends of long ago jam!

  8. Listen to the oldest recorded black string band music…The Memphis Jug Band, Tommy Cole and the others. Then listen to Bill Monroe.

  10. The blues are southern music…the record companies separated it into black and white more so than the musicians.
