To be able to watch Son House speak about the Bible is about the single best thing I’ve ever seen on Youtube probably on the internet. Holy mother. Son House is in my opinion the greatest delta blues man. Thank you so much for uploading this video.

It’s a great video, and it focuses on Eddie’s fingerwork, on his guitar, bottleneck-style. Eddie/Son was one of the most-unique of post-Depression bluesmen, and his vocal style, and guitar ways … are some of the best of all, blues music.
