Well Bro, you’re simply awesome! I am primarily a Rock/Jazz guitarist, but I love to delve into other styles sometimes. Hope you can check out some of my stuff too!
    Peace Out!

Doug, you are an amazing guitarist. Really amazing, I agree with gunsandroses88 about the tabs or a tutorial for the song at 5:12 please, the harmonics at 5:25 are awsome. This kind of music is amazing. Greetings from Mexico.

These videos where you just improvise, sound like you are so comfortable with every style and it makes me just want to give up because i will never be that good no matter how hard i practice. i know i wont give up because i never do. i’m in my 40th year of playing guitar but only 4 years into learning country but man..its just overwhelming when i hear guys like you.

Doug, is there anyway I could get my hands on the backing track and tab for the solo starting at 5:13?

    Many regards

This is the only thing I really like about modern country…the players! This guy is sick. Killer licks! Tasty blues, as well.

It’s where the string goes into the body for the b-bender so he can get more lapsteel sounds
