Reminds me when i was 5 years old in 1968 and my older brother got the beatles white album and when i heard george harrisons song "long long long" my god it was so eary and huanting- the hammond organ sound and the words and the way george sang it man, to this day i get scared when i hear it lol

  7. When I listen to this music I can’t help thinking that that most of the ‘commercial’ music I hear on the radio lacks depth and authenticity and pure muscianship cann

  13. Too bad it wasn’t even Robert Johnson in "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" it was "Tommy Johnson" based on the real life Tommy Johnson. Look him up he was the one with the ORIGINAL Crossroads Legend and he came before Robert Johnson.

  21. Immortal song…
Buddy Guy’s version recorded in his album "Blues Singer" is very respectable too…

  22. @ledzeppelinjunkie that wasn’t a parody of Robert Johnson either. It was actually a parody of Tommy Johnson, a real blues musician around the same time, who also supposedly sold his soul to the devil. See "Canned Heat blues by Tommy Johnson Right here on Youtube, and you will see what I mean. Wikipedia "Tommy Johnson (blues musician)" as well.
