I started to experiment with some different tunings including open D, model D and open C. I loved the sound the open tunings created so i began to have a go at learning them and writing in them.     cant remember exactly what we did cause it was quite a while ago now, but i think we just added a whole lot of reverb and sustain and messed around with the EQ a bit, hope this helps man!

    firstly thank you very much! 🙂 we basically plugged my guitar (Cort NTL 20F NAT) pretty much straight into my mates mac and just messed around with the settings and EQ on garageband to get this sound. i cant remember exactly what we did (and i will double check this for you) but i think we mainly added reverb with a lot of sustain. other than that there isnt much too it really, hope this helps!
