  3. Thank you for your kind words, everybody! This is just about the best slide instrument I’ve ever played. I use my other fingers to dampen the strings behind the slide to ensure that I get a clear focused tone without any sympathetic ringing or clanging. Also, it puts them in a good position to fret behind the slide to create chord voicings outside of the Major/Minor/6th tunings I employ.
