  1. That recording of Key to the Highway (10:13) has fantastic quality for it’s age.

  2. I guess that Bumble Bee had a great weiner… oops I meant stinger!

  3. needs Fixin To Die Blues – Bukka White and One Room Country Shack – Buddy Guy

  4. I think most of Robert Johnsons recordings could have made this list… But that would be slightly unfair, I suppose.

  5. how many sell theyr soul of blues singer robert johnson and?

  6. Big Bill have been my main influence for more than 40′ years !!!!

  7. Big Bill was Muddy Water’s main influence. It’s a tragedy that todays White "Blues Experts" have forgotten him.

  8. I feel Big Bill Broonzy is underappreciated here as well as in the blues community of today. The recent biography sets the record straight for the number of and sales of his many tunes. He wrote his own works, helped musicians coming up from the South, and was vital in helping establish the music. If that isn’t enuf, he helped bring the Old Town School Of Folk Music in Chi to reality. Give him his due.

  9. i love it how you really mean of ALL time, god job going way back to 1912 !

  10. wow i didn’t even know there was so epic music back in 30’s!
