  1. As always- it’s more in the fingers, (slide) than the pups
But-inspiration never dies, when trying to copy these 2 guys
They both got that "magic touch" , making their emotions come alive, on the fretboard

  2. I use a 2011
Gibson standard (490R & 498T) thinking about investing in Gibson 57 pups
    a Gibson 63 acoustic
and a Fernandes Strat I mofified

  3. Yea man, they are awesome
    I play slide in D, E, G
as well as standard, and the combination of those two, (Warren & Derek)
is just very full sounding , and masterfull

  4. Sure felt it… Did anybody notice it was in the dungeon of a dressing room at the beacon, No soundboard to cover up or make them sound better, JUST RAW MUSIC FROM THE 2 BEST GUITARISTS OUT THERE TODAY.

  5. Yeah they both are good,Butch plays in open E like Sky Dog..Warren plays in standard 440 tuning so it meshes really nice…good stuff

  6. I think that it was pretty damn accomodating of the ‘Skydog’ to throw a piece of his spirit down here so that Derek Trucks could grow up to play that music that surely he was hearing while still in the womb. And, as for Warren Haynes, there are not enough words to describe the talent and benevolence of a man who can play, sing, and keep three top notch outfits up and running at such a high level for all of us to enjoy. I hope he lives to be a million…

  7. As a once longtime monitor mixer I got a BIG kick out of the ‘No feedback’ comments. LMFAO!!!

  8. I play this several times a week. So amazing, the guitarts and Warren, wow can he sing that blues!!

  9. Yea!!! Real music. I’ve seen these guys several times, not to be missed.
